Refund Policy
Refunds will be provided when asked depending on the circumstances.

Expected turn around will depend completely on the amount of slots closed and the type of art. You may always ask for updates.

General Current Turn Around is 1-2 Months with large pieces in mind. Some art, such on Emotes or small ychs may take less time.

Other payment methods are available depending on what is discussed. However, only if I offer unless we are friends/mutuals.

Payment must be made in full before you receive your art under three options:

Full Payment Before Sketch

Full Payment After Sketch Approval

Partial Payment After Sketch Approval and Before Finished Stage-----------------------------------Revision Policy
Free revisions can be made at each stage of the art work, but only to include the stage I am in. For example,if I am Sketching, you may only ask for revisions of the sketch.If I am Lining, you may only ask for revisions of the Linework.If I am Coloring, you may only ask for revisions of the Color.

If you choose to ask for small revisions after the piece is done, it will be a small extra charge (up to 25-50% depending on the amount changed). If you choose to completely change the type of art in any of the stages past Sketch, it will be a higher charge depending on how much must be changed or added, up to 100% of the original price, unless the kind of art you request is a bigger change than the original.For example:
You can ask for pose changes and anything in the sketch stage without a fee. If you ask for a full pose change when I am lining it it'll be a 25% extra fee, or a 50% extra fee if you wait till all lines are done.If you ask for an entire change to the art once it is completely done or near finished, it will be a 100% extra fee of the original price unless the art type is changed (i.e. a single fullbody to a fullbody with a background will be more than a 100% extra charge)

If you choose to add things on in between the beginning and ending of the piece, after you've paid, you will be liable for extra fees (i.e. Choosing to add shading later, choosing to add a background later, etc)

Usage of Obtained Art

Usage
All artwork/custom character designs are for Personal Use only. What you can do with personal use:

Upload art or character to Toyhou.se and other Character Storage sites.

Create physical merch only for your use. These must not be available for sale to anyone.
--
Create art or commission art of characters I have made for you.
--
Roleplay, use as icons and display art on your sites, use as emotes in your discord servers, etc.-----------------------------------What you can NOT do under Personal Use:

Resell the art, or claim it as your own creation. (You may only sell the art as a part of a character resell, not as a resell of the art itself)

Claim all rights to the art.

Use on merch you intend to sell.
--
For emotes/ychs, prevent me from making more for others. You don't own the rights to the originals.

Edit the original artwork you are given without permission. Please contact me if youd like changes made.-----------------------------------If you want to get art with intentions to use for commercial use, you must discuss it with me, sign a contract, and pay extra for a commercial use fee.With commercial use you'll be able to add characters or art to video games, merch, and other things written out within a contract.

Character Design TOS

Character Design Specific TOS
Character designs have special rules. Remember that these are also for personal use only unless you contact me to buy commercial rights. All TOS applies plus..

Feel free to revamp or make edits to the character's design, within reason. They should stay recognizable. If you would like to do more to it, you can contact me for permission. You can change species, gender, colors, markings as long as they are recognizable in some way.

You may resell OCs for what you originally bought them for + bought/created art.

You can not resell an OC obtained through other means, such as OC trade, art trade, or gift. You can trade and gift them, though.

Please upload any design made by me to Toyhou.se and credit to Artwork-Is-Key. Please do not delete their toyhou.se or hide them. If you'd like to hide them, please authorize me.

If you choose to rehome a design I made, I'd love to be informed. This is not required, though I may offer to rebuy/trade the character. <33

Feel free to roleplay with your characters, draw them, order art of them, make personal only merch for them, etc. If you are unsure what might cross into commercial rights, feel free to contact me.

Please do not claim the design as your creation.
